My name is Dahir Ibrahim, I am the drug and alcohol compliance program manager for WSDOT. I provide oversight to rural subrecipients who receive 5311 funding from the State of Washington. Some examples of oversight include in-person site visits and providing technical assistance. Previously, I was a drug and alcohol administrator/technician for king county metro.
