PASS, or Passenger Safety and Sensitivity, training is recongized throughout the United States as one of the premier trainings designed to provide drivers with the information they need to safely and effectively provide transportation services to passengers with speicalizd transportation needs. This training covers a wide range of CTANW recommended training standards, including:

PASS is available to drivers directly online at www.ctaa.org, where drivers can receive initial and re-certification for $25.00 (with CTAA or CTANW membership). Drivers can receive the hands-on training from participating CTANW members.
